1. Refunds and Returns
As all our abayas are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or returns on any purchases. Please ensure you have selected the correct items and sizes before completing your order.
2. Exchanges
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in processing an exchange for the damaged product. Kindly provide pictures of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
3. Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled due to the custom-made nature of our products. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order, including size and designs, before completing your purchase.
